Policies & Procedures

In response to COVID-19 pandemic, Bliss Yoga Studio will be implementing the following policies and procedures starting June 1st, 2021.

  • All classes on the schedule will continue to have the option to attend in person or by Zoom live stream
  • In person classes are limited to 10 people plus the instructor. This will increase over time.
  • Pre-registration is required for Zoom live stream. Register through MindBody on our Schedule page or get the MindBody app for smartphone or tablet. Please see the MindBody Helpful Tips below for more details
  • Walk ins to the studio can be accommodated but priority will be given to students who are pre-registered for class due to class size limitations. We highly recommend pre-registering for in person attendance to secure your space. 
  • Masks are no longer required for fully vaccinated individuals. Those not vaccinated are required to wear a mask when not on your mat. Bliss instructors will not be asking about your vaccination status and we kindly ask that you be honest and respectful of your fellow yogis and follow the guidelines that apply to you. As always, you may choose to continue to wear a mask if that is your level of comfort.
  • In person classes are limited to 10 people plus the instructor. This will increase over time.
  • When selecting a practice space, please fill the back of the room first and space yourself evenly apart. Please adjust as more clients arrive so that we may accommodate everyone safely.
  • All studio props are open for use (mats, blocks, blankets, straps, bolsters etc) but we do encourage you to bring your own. Bliss Yoga Studio is proud to partner with Tune Up Fitness and Yoga Outlet for all your yoga equipment needs at great prices. When you purchase through our affiliate programs, Bliss Yoga Studio receives a portion of the sale. Just use the links below and start shopping!
  • We will continue to clean blocks and mats with Clear Gear spray between uses and maintain our air purification protocols. All other cleaning protocols will return to pre-pandemic schedules. 
  • Please do not attend in-person classes if you have any of the following symptoms
    • Cough
    • Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
    • Fever
    • Chills
    • Muscle pain
    • Sore throat
    • New loss of taste or smell
  • Please do not attend in-person classes if you have tested positive until your quarantine period is completed. If someone in your household has tested positive or you recently had close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19, please do not attend in person classes until your quarantine period is completed.
  • Practice good respiratory habits:
    • Cover your cough or sneeze
    • Avoid touching your face
    • Wash your hands with soap and water or hand sanitizer frequently and immediately after coughing, sneezing or touching your face

Step One

Please visit Bliss’ MindBody website and ensure that your profile is up to date and that you have checked all the boxes for notifications. This will ensure you get purchase receipts, our studio newsletter and most importantly live streaming class confirmations that contain your private Zoom link. SEE IMAGE BELOW

Step two

We currently offer an in person and Zoom live streaming option for every class on our schedule. Please feel free to choose whichever option is the right one for you! SEE IMAGE BELOW

Step three

  • Pre-registration is required for Zoom live stream and highly encouraged for in person classes.
  • When you sign up for the live streaming option of a class, your Zoom meeting link will be included in your class confirmation email from MindBody (business811392@mindbodyonline.com). Make sure your profile is updated so you receive emails. You may need to check your Spam or Trash folder the first time you get an email. SEE IMAGE BELOW
