In response to COVID-19 pandemic, Bliss Yoga Studio will be implementing the following policies and procedures starting June 1^st, 2020.

All classes on the schedule will now have the option to attend in person or by Zoom live streaming
In person classes are limited to 8 people plus the instructor
Pre-registration is required for both in person or Zoom live streaming. Register through MindBody on our Schedule page or get the MindBody app for smartphone or tablet. Please see the MindBody Helpful Tips below for more details
No walk-ins to the studio can be accommodated at this time
Please do not arrive more than 5-10 minutes prior to class

Use the supplied hand sanitizer as you enter and leave the studio space
Social distancing rules must be respected and complied with at all times
Face coverings are REQUIRED when you are not on your yoga mat. You may choose to wear your mask while practicing
Bliss Yoga Studio has chosen Clear Gear Spray which is designed for gym and fitness facilities and EPA registered to kill not only human coronavirus (the virus responsible for COVID-19) but also staph, strep, MRSA, RSV, norovirus, influenza and many other pathogens. Please visit the Clear Gear website to learn more about the product.
All high touch surface areas as well as the studio floors are cleaned after each class
Classes are now separated by a minimum of 30 minutes in order to complete studio cleaning

- Please leave all items you do not need for class at home or in your car as personal belonging storage is no longer available
- If you need to bring belongings in, please take them into the studio and place them near your practice space
- Do not linger in the reception area
- Mat spaces will be marked out on the floor. Please choose one and settle into your space as efficiently as possible
- If you need to leave your mat space, a face covering is REQUIRED

- We highly encourage you to bring your own equipment to class (mat, blocks, blanket etc)
- There will be a limited number of mats and blocks available for use
- Any equipment brought into the studio and any studio equipment shared between clients must be cleaned with Clear Gear Spray. Your instructor will give you details on how to use

Please do not attend in-person classes if you have any of the following symptoms
- Cough
- Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
- Fever
- Chills
- Muscle pain
- Sore throat
- New loss of taste or smell
Please do not attend in-person classes if you have tested positive, if someone in your household has tested positive or you recently had close contact with someone who tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 30 days
Practice good respiratory habits:
- Cover your cough or sneeze
- Avoid touching your face
- Wash your hands with soap and water or hand sanitizer frequently and immediately after coughing, sneezing or touching your face

We currently offer an in person and Zoom live streaming option for every class on our schedule. Please feel free to choose whichever option is the right one for you! SEE IMAGE BELOW
Pre-registration is required for all classes and no walk ins at the studio can be accommodated. At this time, we are unable to accept payment at the studio. Please complete any purchases for classes through MindBody. If you need help, please reach out. We are here for you!
When you sign up for the live streaming option of a class, your Zoom meeting link will be included in your class confirmation email from MindBody (business811392@mindbodyonline.com). Make sure your profile is updated so you receive emails. You may need to check your Spam or Trash folder the first time you get an email. SEE IMAGE BELOW
We have implemented a waiting room on Zoom to help us provide a secure and private virtual meeting space. We recommend logging into Zoom at least 5 minutes prior to the start of class to ensure the teacher has adequate time to admit you into the meeting before starting class.
