Teen yoga for sports, coaches welcome

Cost $20 per person. Teams of 5 or more that register together, $12 per person. Coaches attend free.
Join Natalie for a workshop designed for athletes, athletic teams and coaches. This workshop will offer yoga-based tools for injury prevention, relaxation, and new strategies for strengthening and stretching using yoga.
Workshop focus and benefits include:
• Learn relaxation techniques to help with stress and anxiety associated with demanding schedules and competition
• Learn methods to improve mental focus during school and sports
• Learn sports specific core, shoulder, hip, knee, and ankle strengthening for optimal performance
• Practice safe spine and lower extremity alignment using yoga to help prevent injuries common in teenage sports
• Learn how to use yoga for stretching
• Experience challenging balance training to help avoid injuries
• Feel how yoga integrates the whole body with quality of movement
• Promote healthy mind body relationship
