5k Walk/Run

Lace up your shoes and make your way into the first event. Don’t sweat it (or do), this 5K can be done walking, running, skipping, or dancing. We don’t care, just journey through to the finish line!

Yoga

45 minutes of yoga flow together, out in the sun, as a community. Whether it’s your first or 100th time on your mat, this event will help you find your yoga soul.

Meditation

Get your good vibes flowing. Our 30-minute guided meditation will leave you blissed out and lead you to completing this mindful triathlon with a clear mind, open heart, and a beautiful rooted connection to your body.

We have partnered again with our neighbors, Tin Roost, for the big day! The triathlon 5k start and end will be at the pond behind Tin Roost. Yoga & meditation will follow on the grass by the water. Enjoy food and drink on the patio after the event!

The Blissful Triathlon is happy to support the Friends of the Animal Center Foundation and Bliss Yoga has joined in the efforts to support our community of furry friends. Proceeds from the triathlon will be donated to the FACF.

Arrive early to sign in, grab your bag, and set up your yoga mat! Head to the 5k starting line by the bridge behind Tin Roost. 5k Walk/Run starts promptly at 8:00 am. Check out our vendors while you wait!

8:00 am Triathlon Event #1: 5k Walk/Run

 

Start your first triathlon event with the 5k! Find yourself walking, running, or skipping along the course, whatever inspires you toward the finish line. The first event will end at 9:00 am allowing a 15 minute transition time to find your mat and take care of any personal needs. Check out the route map.

9:15 am Triathlon Event #2: Yoga

 

The second event draws us to our yoga mat where we’ll enjoy a 45 minute yoga flow together. Class will be instructor led, but feel free to move and stretch in any way that inspires you!

10:00 am Triathlon Event #3: Meditation

 

As we journey into our third event, you don’t even have to move! We’ll flow right into meditation from the yoga practice. Relax, unwind, and nurture your soul while being guided through a 3o minute meditation bringing us to the close of the triathlon events.
